By visiting or purchasing from our store, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2. Products & Services
- We offer customized and personalized gifts, designed as per customer inputs.
- Product images are for reference only; actual items may have minor variations in color, placement, or print finish.
- All customization details (designs, text, photos) submitted by the customer are considered final once the order is confirmed.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed before order processing (except for eligible COD orders).
- We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card or UPI details.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, provided production has not started.
- Customized products cannot be cancelled or changed once printing or production begins.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, incorrect information, or policy violations.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after processing.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partners.
- Personal Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited.
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

- By uploading your own designs, images, or text, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them and grant us permission to print them solely for your order.

- Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload or submit designs that contain offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content.
- Interfere with the website’s functionality or security features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

Personal Gifts is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Minor variations in color, size, or print placement due to digital representation.
- Delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services once the order is dispatched.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
